We are proud to introduce our newest brand, StarSeal EF which is the industry's first complete product line of building materials specifically formulated to be environmentally responsible while maintaining the level of high performance our customers expect.
Our goal was to develop a line of products that significantly improved worker and building inhabitant's air quality and reduced the effects of volatile organic compounds (VOC's) on the environment. By combining our unique position as a polymer resin producer and through innovative product research and development, we are capable of producing the industries' lowest odor and VOC emitting materials.
The StarSeal EF products compliment our eco-friendly Certi-Shine, MoistureBloc and StarSeal PS product lines.

StarSeal EF Degreaser & Cleaner
All natural industrial grade daily and surface preparation cleaner. Effectively and safely cleans grease and oil stains, tire marks and dirt from concrete, masonry, stone, vinyl flooring and tile.
StarSeal EF Stripper
Our premium, all natural soybean-based stripper safely removes, paints, varnishes, urethanes, epoxies, sealers, acrylics, floor waxes, adhesives and curing compounds from concrete, masonry, brick, stone and wood. StarSeal EF Release
An economical, non-staining, crystal clear water based form release agent which provides exceptional release properties while protecting environmentally sensitive areas and the workers who apply the product. Recommended for aluminum, metal, wood forms and is the product of choice for plastic form liners.
StarSeal EF V Release
Ecologically acceptable form release made from renewable resources and is biodegradable. Provides a clean, smooth and grain free concrete surface. Use on all standard form types.
StarSeal EF Bio-Release
A water based form release treatment made from bio-degradable, rapidly renewable oils. The product does not contain petroleum oils, is odor and VOC free, making it the product of choice for environmentally sensitive areas and protecting the workers who apply the product.
Cure & Seal Coatings
Products that will cure and seal new and existing concrete surfaces. These products will impart an attractive protective coating while providing protection from water and other staining.
StarSeal EF Low Gloss
StarSeal EF provides good protection from the damaging affects of water penetration and staining. It also will enhance the color and impart an attractive low gloss shine to colored and natural concrete surfaces.
StarSeal EF Medium Gloss
StarSeal EF provides better protection from the damaging affects of water penetration and staining. It also will enhance the color and impart an attractive semi-gloss shine to colored and natural concrete surfaces

StarSeal EF UV Flat
StarSeal EF UV Flat is a ready to use curing and sealing compound for new and existing concrete surfaces. StarSeal EF leaves a clear hard protective matte finish coating and is an excellent cure material for long term concrete performance. The product is ideal for both interior and exterior applications on new and existing concrete floors, stucco or brick walls, architectural sections, and vertical poured walls. StarSeal EF provides better protection from the damaging affects of water penetration and staining and will not yellow when exposed to ultra violet light.

StarSeal EF Stain is a ready to use colored curing and sealing compound for new and existing concrete surfaces. StarSeal EF leaves a uniform color and long lasting protective coating and is an excellent cure material for long term concrete performance. StarSeal EF Cure
StarSeal EF Cure is applied to the freshly placed concrete surface forming a tough, continuous, protective membrane. This film acts as a barrier allowing for low moisture transmission and maximum development of the concrete’s strength and wear resistance during the early hardening stage.
Epoxy Coatings
