Terms and Condition of Sale
For warranty requests the following documents are required:
- Project Conference & Job Survey form
- Product data sheet (s) must be initialed by all project conference participants
- Photos of the completed project (2 MB or larger)
- Sample Warranty - must be initialed by all project conference participants
- Copy of invoice of purchased material

Once all of the above documents are received, they will be reviewed for warranty approval. If there are any questions you will be contacted, please include all your contact information on the job survey form.
After the warranty is approved three original warranties will be issued and sent to you. You will need to obtain all signatures as indicated on the second page of the warranties and mail the original warranty marked "return copy" back to us for our files.
