1. Download and print the job survey, sample warranty, and product data sheet.

2. Fill out job survey form during the job.

3. Upon completion of MoistureBloc installation, submit completed forms to:

4. Vexcon will review all submitted documentation. Once Vexcon approves
4. submitted documentation, three original warranties will be issued.

5. The warranties must be signed and one copy returned to Vexcon.

6. Once Vexcon receives the signed warranty, it is enforced.
